Roofline Refurbished - Photo 1
Client in Sun City West, AZ This small section of the roof had sagged and was only held up by the facia boards after a botched roofing job had allowed rain to run beneath the tiles, and the framing beneath the trim had all dry-rotted. The damaged portions were removed and new framing, sheathing, trim and roofing materials were installed to create a clean, properly aligned roofline.

Patio Ceiling Fan & stereo speakers
A ceiling fan was relocated from the client's bedroom to a patio and speakers installed (one speaker visible behind grill in lower right of photo). Installation of ceiling fans is a common project for Windsor Castles.

Custom Cabinet - Photo 1
This was a difficult project for us, but was completed to the homeowner's great satisfaction. The large cabinet door at center and the drawer front to the left were formerly an opening in the existing cabinetry for a small refrigerator/freezer. A new side-by-side Lebher unit was installed in a former pantry opposite of this cabinet and a pullout spice/canned goods drawer was custom built and installed on the left side. The large door conceals a CD rack on the inside and a wine refrigerator
Custom Cabinet - Photo 2
Canned goods side of pullout and CD rack show in this view. Pullout has a full center divider and spice shelves line the other side adjacent to range & oven. A large wine cooler stands in the cavity behind the door.

Kitchen lighting remodel - during
Client replaced drop-box fluorescent light fixture in kitchen as well as several other hanging fixtures in the home with recessed lighting. The result was an updated look and better overall lighting.

New recessed fixtures
Washer/Dryer recess - Photo 1
This former towel cabinet on the side of the house was gutted and extended outside to accommodate a washer and dryer. The two pairs of doors were linked together so that the view from inside (doors closed) was unchanged. Plumbing and wiring were added to complete the installation.
Washer/Dryer Recess - Photo 2
Exterior view shows bump-out for Washer/Dryer as well as framing for a tiled counter and future barbecue to be installed by the client at a later date.
Living Room Mural and Chandelier - 1
The 12 foot diameter mural depicts the four seasons, each represented by a female figure holding the points of a compass. 'Winter' also holds a lyre inscribed with the the phrase "To everything there is a season" The chandelier was purchased and modified to incorporate an AC vent above so that the vent is concealed and air flows through the crystals.
Master Bedroom Mural - Photo 1
This mural of a desert sunset is 6ft wide and 3.5ft tall. Custom painted for a male client in Sun City West, AZ, it contains a hidden image of a nude lady among the rocks
Art lighting fixtures for this Sun City West client's collection of fine art paintings were mounted to the wall and wires were routed inside the wall to adjacent outlets where a switch was added for control. This eliminated unsightly exposed wires and plugs.
This 12x10 storage unit was built with extra height to allow for more interior space
Glass and ceramic tiles make up this kitchen backsplash that extends the existing granite backsplash to the bottom of the overhead cabinets
Incorporating color elements similar to the sink backsplash, this glass tile mosaic surrounds a custom mural tile.

This custom-made molding and faux-painted ceiling for a child's bedroom in Phoenix echoes the "Tower of London" interior design the owner's wanted for the room. Other elements included wall hanging the owner's collection of swords and other armor.
